Achievements: Consolidated and co-ordinated the forensic analysis and cause and effect report to then present key negotiation points and agree negotiation strategy. Successful settlement of the claim and resulting changes to the contract.
Investigation of the cause and effect of delay in the roll out of the desktop refresh. Preparing and presenting a claim resulting from the failure by the customer to migrate data from existing PCs in readiness for the installation of the new equipment. This delay resulting in programme slippage and changes to scope resulting in additional resource requirements and a claim for subsequent charges.
