Objectives: Business as usual commercial and contract management support
Achievements: Reduced the total cost of ownership by identifying and prosecuting opportunities for competitive terms and prices from suppliers, increased revenue via negotiation of indexation provisions and converting over delivery to paid Contract Change Notes.
Post contract commercial role for a central government outsourcing contract. Responsible for drafting and review of new business proposals and client change requests, negotiation and implementation of indexation provisions and reconciliation of historic charges. Negotiation of software licence and support agreements with third parties.
