Objectives: Commercial support as a key part of the client project team for an outsourced data management contract. Advising on re-negotiating the contract terms and novation to a joint venture supplier organisation.
Achievements: Developed a chronology of correspondence and cause and effect summary to illustrate supplier failed obligations, false assumptions and lack of delivery and resulting delay. Identified key risks and opportunities in the contract terms and recommended key re-negotiation points and strategy. Advised on terms for proposed novation.
